Poster competiton
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists, interventional neuroradiologists, angiologists, phlebologists, lymphologists, vascular researchers, vascular medicine specialists as well as trainees and residents are encouraged to submit abstracts to the Symposium.
Electronic presentation of the posters at poster stations will be available throughout the congress.
All presenters will be listed on the SIVS 2025 website and will receive a Certificate attesting to their presentations.
Guidelines for Preparing and Submitting Your Abstract
Deadline of submission: until February 25, 2025 (24:00 pm CET)
SIVS only accepts electronic abstract submissions via the official abstract submission website.
Presenters of accepted abstracts will be notified until March 10, 2025.
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words beyond the title, the name of the author(s), institution and country of origin.
All Abstract presentations will be in English and must be delivered within 4 minutes.
All authors must register for the Symposium.
SIVS POSTER COMPETITION FOR
Medical Students, Residents, Fellows and recently graduated physicians (within their first 3 years of practice)
The Organizers are pleased to announce a Poster Competition for the 2025 Symposium and invite all poster abstract authors who wish to compete to register their posters.
research works can be submitted for a competition. No more than two abstracts from the same first author will be selected for competition
A distinguished panel of judges will make the decisions.
The best three presentations will be recognized and will receive cash prizes.
The following three Awards will be presented:
Peter Gloviczki Award for best poster of a medical student
Enrico Ascher Award for best poster of a resident or fellow
- vascular surgery
- imaging and endovascular interventions
- translational science and vascular medicine
The three finalists will be invited to give a live presentation (3 min. presentation, 2 min discussion) for the congress on May 31, with power-point slides.
